Exchange & Return Policy

At Sutra Verse, every garment is thoughtfully made to order and handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. As a result, we do not offer returns for refunds on purchases. However, we are happy to assist with size exchanges and resolve any issues with damaged or incorrect products.

Returns

We do not accept returns for refund, as each product is made to order and hand-embroidered exclusively for you.

Size Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the case of size-related issues, subject to product availability.

An exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or are returned without original tags and packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed when sending it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share your order number along with clear photographs and an unboxing video of the product and packaging to help us review your request.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refunds (Eligible Cases Only)

Refunds are applicable only in cases where an exchange cannot be fulfilled for an approved request, such as a damaged or incorrect item.

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after it has been processed.

Important Notes

Exchange and refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Products purchased during sale, promotional offers, or with special discounts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Sutra Verse reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
